Meet the family dentist who favors illegal activities

Ramesh Thakkar is a family dentist also catering to children. He practice at 255-12 Hillside Avenue where he pays no rent since the building is listed under his wife's name. The dentist operates from an illegal ground floor that has no permit from building dept since its shared with a real estate company for the front. Thus making the realty company, SHV to cough up the rent to cover his base. The second floor is a learning center and third floor is a massage parlor that also does prostitution which Thakkar knows about since he approved them to do business. His take from all tenants are a little more than $8,000 per month rent in form of cash without reporting. His earning from servicing dentistry is different. Also the building itself had slew of violations including stop work order which are never cleared.
