Mayor says NYPD commissioner says Governor says for Thanksgiving

For Thanksgiving, NYS governor now says small gatherings at home for Thanksgiving is ok but didn't specify how many allowed in one household. NYPD Commissioner says the focus is on tourist spots in NYC and not homes. This includes sheriffs. However outdoor or indoor gathering other than private homes are on the watchlist. NYC mayor also says the focus is on large gatherings whether indoor or outdoor but not family gatherings. This came after the legal team racked up the preparation outlining that no governor of any state cannot enforce executive orders without a legislature in place.
