Mayor di Blasio s first policy turned cheers for homeless

Bloomberg administration had a policy by denying a place in city's shelter when it was overcrowded. Now the new mayor di Blasio changed and everyone will be accommodated regardless. Dept of Transportation provided vehicles to allot everyone from shelter to shelter. \
