Mayor and City Council refuse to enforce sex offenders in subways

According to NYPD, repeated sex offenders are on the rise inside the NYC subways. After their arrests, short term jail and then goes back to the subways for repeated act. The cycle repeats again and again. NYPD requested a change and Mayor di Blasio along with NYC Council refuse to draft a law from prohibiting repeated sex offenders entering subways to prevent them from committing the same acts but classify them as regular commuters. More than 250 victims of women and children reported such incidents from repeated offenders and all police does is arrest while district attorneys minimize their offense by releasing them back on the streets. Meanwhile, NYPD reported victims can report to the Special Victims Division by calling (212) 267-7273 regardless of age and immigration status.
