Mayhem on the Belt Parkway involving road rage with one dead

The NYPD were called to the Belt Parkway eastbound by Farmer's Blvd Exit around 1am reporting a car accident. Further investigation confirmed two victims from one vehicle were assaulted while laying outside the roadway unconscious. EMS transported both victims, males, 47 and 39 to local hospitals. The 47 year old male died later of injuries. Police say the weapon used may be a baseball bat and two suspects, females are on the hunt who took off from the scene after the incident. Both victims lived in Springfield Gardens heading home when the incident occurred. Police say the vehicle the suspects took off is a silver Honda Civic.

A witness say both vehicles were involving in a minor accident and then a dispute erupted leading to assault.

So far no arrests.
