Massage parlors in Little Neck issued violations for zoning change

On February 16, NYPD and DOB conducted sweep inside massage parlors on Northern Blvd near Little Neck Parkway and issued summones for making interior changes without permits. All businesses issued summons are to be reported to court to pay the fine or place the interior to its original setup.
