A male struck by vehicle in Fresh Meadows

Police, EMS and FDNY were at the intersection of Utopia Parkway and Union Turnpike reporting a pedestrian was struck by vehicle. It happened on Sunday, February 18 around 7:30pm. One lane in each direction was closed. The driver remained on the scene. EMS reported the victim suffered broken leg. Ongoing investigation.
