Manslaughter charge for Daniel Penny

 The 24 year old former marine Daniel Penny who put a homeless man Jordan Neely in a chokehold in the subway on May 1st will turn himself in tomorrow. Neely's death was ruled a homicide. Penny says he was acting in self defense after Neely was acting erratically and was making threatening statements.  Penny faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted.
