Mandatory affordable housing zones announced

Howard Weiss reported that NYC just dropped 4 mandatory affordable housing zones at once with 3 in Queens, 1 massive one in Brooklyn with $150 million in contracts all around.

For Queens, it's Fresh Meadows, Corona and Middle Village.

Additional funding for seven youth services mainly in Queens.
