Man ID d after fatal NYC stabbing in luxury building police

A man was discovered deceased with multiple stab wounds in broad daylight on Saturday, according to police.

Carlos Penzo, a 36-year-old from Queens, was found unconscious and unresponsive on Hunter Street in the Long Island City neighborhood. Authorities reported that he sustained several stab wounds across his body. Emergency Medical Services pronounced him dead at the scene.

Authorities are treating the case as a homicide, but no arrests have been made at this time.
