Male shot dead in St Albans

Police reported a male, 26 was shot dead after a drive by shooting in St. Albans. It happened around 4:15am on Hollis Avenue and 199 Street. Reported the victim was leaving a party with his friends when he was shot and managed to drive a few blocks until he passed out. His friends called 911 and died on the way. So far no arrests and the investigation is ongoing.
