Male shot and robbed in Flushing

Police reported a male was shot and robbed in Flushing. It happened around 4:45am in the vicinity of Whitestone Expressway and Ulmer Street. Reported the victim was driving when another vehicle followed until the incident. The victim is in stable condition at a local hospital. Ongoing investigation.
