Male busted for exposing himself in Bethpage to 12 13 year olds

The NCPD reports the arrest of a Bethpage man for public lewdness that occurred on Saturday, April 3, 2021 at 4:50 p.m. in Bethpage. According to police, four females ranging from 12-13 years old were walking on the field at Bethpage Middle School located at 500 Broadway. They observed a male with his pants open, exposing himself. The male was inappropriately touching himself. The victims notified police and officers responded. A thorough investigation was conducted and David Cardone, 35 was arrested. Defendant Cardone is charged with three counts of public lewdness, and three counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The defendant was arraigned in Mineola on April 4, 2021 in Mineola.
