MTA worker struck by vehicle dead in College Point

Police are at 128th Street and 28th Avenue reporting a pedestrian struck by vehicle. It happened on Tuesday around 10:15am. Reported an MTA bus struck another MTA worker at the bus depot. Ongoing investigation. Update, the dead has been identified as Stephen Livecchi, 59 of Middle Village. A female bus driver backed the MTA and did not see Livecchi who was working nearby.
