Love is a mess on all levels in NYC

On the federal level, the Biden administration officials shift blame to the NYC Mayor due to 'no exit strategy' to house them after they're released from shelters from the 60 day rule. At the same time, Congressman Goldman announced an additional $100 million to reimburse the migrant crisis in the city. Goldman was asked of the open border down the south security threat to New Yorkers. His reply in quote, “I don't think it's any more of a security threat to New Yorkers than domestic violent extremism.”

So far 146 alleged terror suspects apprehended at the border for 2023 that were heading to NYC.

On the state level, everything is quiet since the work permit is under exploratory stage.

On the city level, NYPD after overtime is kaput is called to hotels after migrants refuse to leave after the 60 days rule to replace adult males with families.

As for the NYC Comptroller, the city lost 400,000 residents from 2020 to 2022 and quoted, “These families fleeing violence, discrimination, and destitution today will be the next generation to build New York City and we need them.”

The City recently added $2.3 billion in asylum seeker cost estimates in FY2024 and $4.1 billion in FY2025. This came after the new 15% cut from city agencies totaling $10 per year to handle the migrant crisis. The city hired 1,700 Spanish teachers and more under process to handle the load of migrant students in public schools which is over 20,000.

As for the upcoming election, the NYC Council discretionary funding aka, pre-election bribe money will be distributed also to migrant services for the next victories.

Tomorrow, September 14, there will be a non-political protest organized by two local moms on Hillside Avenue and 235th Street at 6pm. They are not seeking any attention but they have lived in the same community all their lives and are disappointed with the conditions of migrants in the area including roaming around harassing local residents and businesses.
