Long Island woman missing with her daughter

Police issued a press release today of a missing Long Island woman with her 2 year old daughter. She has been identified as Kristen Moore, 41. She was last seen leaving her Dix Hills home on December 28 around 4:30pm. Police stated she maybe driving a pickup truck, gray and went to a doctor's appointment but never returned. Ongoing investigation.
