Local NY politicians are brainstorming for age 21

Starting Monday, July 24, New Jersey has a new law of 21 as the smoking age. This including purchase tobacco products including e-cig and hookah related. The previous age was 19. New Jersey joins the third state after California and Hawaii. Now local NYS and NYC politicians are discussing the same law to apply in NY or NYC. Many NYC Councilmembers want to add e-cig and hookha items to be regulated under smoking law with plans in place.
