Learn to read 15 MPH while biking in NYC

The NYC Mayor's office stated starting today the speed limit for e-bikes is 15mph. Just read the sign that says 15 MPH and nothing else to go around. There is no enforcement but if cops are in the area will say hey you it's 15 mph by making everyone read the sign.

New Yorkers are full of love so just slow down and smile while biking at 15 mph so please behave.

The 15 mph is only for electronic bikes and regular ones can go up to 25 mph by peddling.

Since the new Mayor is coming late January, the current one has no plan to announce any enforcement. It will be up to the NYC Council who are all power hungry to keep their jobs and won't be introducing any legislature on enforcement unless people demand so. That's rare likely to happen since New Yorkers never rise up against the current government due to fear.
