LIE westbound is opening up

The Highway CIS is completing the investigation to open lanes on the Long Island Expressway westbound near the Van Wyck Expressway Exit. This was a result of multiple vehicle accident earlier.

Drivers are advised to use caution while proceeding forward.

The investigation continues.
