LIC to northeast Queens on the prowl

So long single family homes, local retailers and generation to generation in one place. Hello, neighbors of anything goes.

Developers own NYC and they control the government so people must be obedient and behave.

Babylon-like towers, bike lanes, public transportation, order online for delivery and stay indoors to watch entertainment all day is the new model of NYC.

Starting in Long Island City, the zoning change is a huge demand where single and multi family homes are all being phased out for towers with high rent leaving 10 to 15% for low income to keep a strong voter base is slowly moving all around Queens until mission is accomplished to the border of Nassau County.

The non profits overseeing the developer's ambitions are expanding with more power over the Mayor and City Council members.

This came after the City Council voted in favor of rezoning Midtown Manhattan from manufacturing to housing, all set to build 10,000 units. Rezone is now approved for the entire NYC.

Queens is all set to gain 20,000 units from these three developments,

Flushing Airport Redevelopment at 3,000 with open space added to 60 acres. 14,700 units for Long Island City and 2,800 units for Bellerose/Glen Oaks at the Creedmoor.

The 2,500 units at Willets Point are expected to be completed soon.

Queens is expected to have around 100,000 units under development.

Say hello to your new neighbors with love, compassion and respect.
