Kidnapping investigation in Kew Garden Hills

Heavy NYPD activity on Kissena Blvd reporting a situation involving a kidnapping of a 4 year old child. This is near Jewel Avenue.

From a witness this is at the public housing, Pomonok and soon people followed after hearing the screams.

The suspect dropped the child and took off on foot toward south Kissena Blvd.

Police are now searching the suspect who is now hiding in the vicinity.
