Jumper search under Whitestone Bridge

Police confirmed a jumper down from the Whitestone Bridge. It was reported around 7:30am when an abandoned vehicle with doors open reported to 911. The search continues by ESU. One lane closed in both directions for emergency vehicles. Ongoing investigation.
