Jamaica correction officer busted for road rage in Fresh Meadows

Steven Kissoon, 29 of Jamaica was taken into custody on Monday, August 14 around 10:30pm at the intersection of 188th Street and 186th Lane and charged with menacing a driver. Police reported Kisssoon allegedly flashed his gun while driving on Horace Harding Expressway eastbound on 146th Street when another driver got angry for changing lanes instantly. The other driver stopped the vehicle and called 911. Police also recovered the gun.
