JRP westbound is a mess

Heavy delays on the Grand Central Parkway westbound to the Jackie Robinson Parkway reporting a tractor trailer struck the overpass. This is by the Exit 4 westbound.

ESU is working to remove the tractor trailer with all lanes closed for now.

It's a mess and delays all around.

Avoid the route for now.
