Police have all lanes closed on the Grand Central Parkway westbound after Jewel Avenue reporting multiple vehicle accident t with injuries. One driver took off.

EMS, ESU and FDNY are working on the scene.

Heavy delays all around.

Also delays on the eastbound due to onlookers.
