JC Penny s closing at two locations in LI

JC Penny announced two locations closing in Long Island. One is in Bay Shore and the other in Green Acres Mall. 154 locations have already announced their closings after bankruptcy. As for both malls to open for liquidation sales if set, Long Islanders has to wait for Phase 4.
