Its two timing slots for robberies in Queens

The NYPD reported armed robberies now has a time slot with the most incidents. The morning routines are from 7am to 8am where suspects target victims on the sidewalks or transits. The evening time slot is 3pm to 6pm.

Queens Village reported armed robberies in the Hillside Avenue vicinity early morning slots while Bellerose reported afternoon timing.

All the incidents occurred in the open areas targeting victims of their personal belongings from money to phone.

As for Queens, Roosevelt Avenue from Woodside to Flushing reported the most incidents in the same slots followed by Queens Blvd.

As a reminder, police are advising all to walk or stay in groups.

The NYC Council continues to work on gun violence programs.

Also, the homeless crisis has increased on Hillside Avenue where residents are complaining of people sleeping on the sidewalks including Bellerose library.
