Hidden speed camera on Union Turnpike

The NYC Dept of Transportation is adding more speed cameras as usual every Thursday in NYC.

For the area, Union Turnpike eastbound at 254 Street has a new speed camera after Little Neck Parkway and it's hidden.

Residents are now complaining due to speed cameras, many drivers opted to use inside streets resulting in many vehicle accidents especially at the intersection showing stop signs.

Floral Park and Glen Oaks inside streets reported an average of three accidents a day.

Queens is now the third largest borough with speed cameras after Manhattan and Brooklyn.
