NYC - Mayor di Blasio announced on Tuesday that all NYC public schools will have air conditioner in each and every class room. The installation will starts this summer and expected to complete in five years. It will start in Manhattan and then Brooklyn, Bronx, Queens and Staten Island. Reported 8pm.
