It s huge with vaxx and scratch in NY

The NY governor announces a state lottery for all to incentivize vaxx by introducing Vaxx and Scratch cards next week. One winner with the vaxx can win a grand prize of $5 million dollars. This will be distributed to 10 state mass vaxx sites next Monday to Friday. The NYC mayor is also reviewing this. The $5 million is the gross so after taxes will be less for that one winner. The second prize winner will get $50,000. Must be 18 or above.
