ISP heading to court in NY

The NY governor's executive action of $15 per month internet access which the Internet Service Providers (ISP) must comply has lawsuits filed. All the ISP companies joined together accusing the governor of overstepped the regulatory authority according to the documents filed with the court. The bill that will allow qualified low income families to provide internet no more than $15 per month will be delayed depending on the case but many insiders believe the verdict will be in favor of ISP companies due to standard regulation rules in enforcement.
