Today, Republican lawmakers gathered in Staten Island after the NY Governor wants to remove the pause on the Congestion Pricing and reduce the tool from $15 to $9.

The Republican group wants no congestion pricing at all calling it a scam and cash grab for the MTA.

The Governor will be making the announcement to resume the congestion pricing before the end of this year.

Now read this. If NY tries to change the tolling plan now, it will give Trump admin grounds to reverse fed approval which means the state will lose the case and move to the federal court where the Republicans have the edge.

This is a wait and watch in the coming weeks.
