Homicide investigations in Queens and Long Island

The SCPD reported a dispute turned fatal on Long Island. The incident was reported at a home on Francine Avenue in Amityville on Saturday around 9pm. EMS transported the male who suffered a gunshot wound to a local hospital and later died. Police arrested the main suspect, male, Hispanic, from inside the home. Also, police stated both the suspect and the victim knew each other inside the house.

As for Queens, a dispute inside a strip club turned fatal. The incident was reported last night around 1:45am on Sutphin Blvd near 94th Avenue in Jamaica. EMS transported the male, 21 to a local hospital and later died. Police say the suspect, male, black, took off in a white BMW toward an unknown direction. So far no arrests.

Both incidents remain under investigation.
