Homicide investigation in Jericho section of Nassau County

The NCPD along with FBI and other agencies are in Jericho reporting human remains investigation. This came after a suspect allegedly part of the MS-13 gang tipped off while in custody of the location on Wednesday. This is by the Underhill Preserve vicinity near the expressway and the local high school. Police say the body of a teen may have been a victim of resistance after refusing to join the gang which were on the recruiting spree in NYC and Long Island.

Yesterday, ICE arrested suspects wanted for allegedly recruiting sprees in College Point.

Authorities are working on the scene in Jericho as of yesterday.

The investigation continues.
