Hollis Hills woman busted for Medicaid fraud

Galit Levi, 37 of Hollis Hills is arrested and charged with Medicaid fraud. The arrest was reported on Wednesday, January 24. She is also charged with grand larceny and falsifying documents. Queens DA's office reported over $70,000 has been stolen from Medicaid after applying in January 2012 using false information. Her bail is set at $5,000 with surrender of passport.
