Hit and run on the Belt Parkway

Police report hit and run on the Belt Parkway at Exit 17, Lefferts Blvd with one vehicle overturned after multiple vehicle accident with injuries. One driver took off. This is on the easttbound. ESU is working to upright and remove the vehicle. Two lanes closed. EMS is working on the injured. Ogoing investigation.
