Marvin Rosales-Martinez, 27, is a landscaper who was working as usual for clients in Hicksville until he saw a lottery ticker flew his way. He took it home and dried only to realize from his children he won since he speaks or read no English. It happened on October 2012 but lottery officials had to make him wait for one year due to investigation whether it belong to someone else. Finally he was given the ticket as legit and won $1 million since no one else claimed it. After he won when media reported, some of his clients came forth to claim but its too late.
