Hey we are NY tough says the mayor

After the snow storm, NYC mayor's office reported the city is bouncing back. The public schools are open for in-person learning. The NYC council passed a bill that will require the Department of Education to post remote learning attendance data monthly on its website. Also, data of metrics and number of devices distributed to students. The mayor is reviewing the bill.

The weather reported there is black ice around the city and can be dangerous so be careful.

As for outdoor dining, two new rules are in effect. No more bathroom access to inside the restaurants and all take outs must be handed over while waiting outside in the cold. This means patron and the public can't access inside the restaurants except the staff.

The mayor's office reported outdoor dining structure stood strong for the storm so it remains as it is with more guidelines to be announced in the coming weeks.

Update: The Mayor?s Office has told the media that this guidance will be changed and restrooms will still be available for outdoor patrons. This was announced at 9:30am today after the state intervened.
