Heavy fire at a home in Garden City

Firefighters are at a home in Garden City reporting heavy fire. This is on Meadow Street at location 117.

The fire started in the attic around 10am and extended throughout the home. Now reporting its third alarm.

Firefighters from other districts are coming to the scene.

One incident was in Mineola when an emergency vehicle was involved in a crash on the way to the scene. This is on Mineola Blvd and 2nd Street.

EMS is working on the injured.
