Heavy delays by HRD

Police are reporting heavy delays to the Harlem River Drive in Manhattan after a dead body washed ashore. NYPD ESU and divers are working on the scene. This is the second body found in the water of NYC. Ongoing investigation.
Another female jumper was rescued from the Hudson River working to transport to a local hospital.
