Heavy delays all around Garden City

The NCPD reporting an unauthorized tractor trailer struck a bridge on the Meadowbrook State Parkway southbound by the mall exit. All lanes closed in both directions after chemical leak from the trailer. Heavy police activity and traffic delays in the area.
