Hard working victims are recycling at Rockefeller Center

As of Friday and Saturday nights with peak of people at the Rockefeller Center, police reported 21 victims were arrested for pickpocket incidents. 46 people reported missing items and only 21 victims were taken into custody. They were released without bails and most were back to work. Three of them had over 20 priors with one over 37. Police are continuing to montor the victims especially the same ones without discriminating them from pickpocketing people. NYPD advises people to safeguard their belongings as the best warning message.
