Halloween tips from NYPD

Halloween is coming this weekend. The NYPD has some recommendations for all, especially parents and walkers with kids. With the inflation high, there will be less give outs to kids so please don't complain. There is an old saying, why wait for a piece of candy free on Halloween when they are available at the local stores.
