Gun violence on top of early voting in NYC

From Saturday to Sunday, the NYPD reported 23 people shot, 11 people stabbed and 5 murders in NYC. While that’s not a priority in NYC for the mayor, 31,176 people voted early the weekend. Despite a few victims shot in the crossfire including one victim who was on the way to vote, The Board of Election shows Eric Adams leading over Curtis Sliwa for the mayoral race. The current mayor is focusing this week on Manhattan week and booster shots for you all.
