Governor couldn t beat to Nassau County Executive

The NY Governor Hochul will lift the state's mask mandate for businesses and other indoor spaces in all counties, cities, villages and towns. This is starting tomorrow statewide allowing businesses to make their own decisions. All because of the declining vaxx cases which means midterm election is coming up for new strategies.

However, this is not lifting the mask mandate. The Governor is lifting the mask or vaxx rule for businesses and indoors. So this means mask up or show proof of vaxx to enter based on the businesses or indoor places decision.

Nassau County was the first to lift this under the new county executive Blakeman objecting to the Governor. a mask or vaxx card doesn't apply in Nassau County except to each business of their choice. The lawsuits filed against Nassau County are all closed on mandates.

As for schools, the Governor will make a decision on March 7 pending data and science.
