Governor Cuomo showed three notes for congestion pricing

Well well well, Mayor di Blasio is backing the new plan of congestion pricing. The schedule is 6am to 8pm, below 60th Street and the cost is $11.52 per day. Manhattanites are supporting the plan to alleviate traffic while Queens residents are against it. The plan is moving forth. A group of Queens residents and elected officials are getting ready for press statement and protests but their say is not strong compared to the CEO of NYS, Governor Cuomo.
