Government is coming to take over areas in NYC

OK, the following five locations in NYC are now in government control with an affordable housing crisis campaign which means gentrification. Congratulations to East Bronx, Atlantic Avenue, Midtown South, Jamaica and Long Island City.

All five neighborhoods are on track to build over 50,000 units as part of the affordable housing program.

Now the NYC Planning Commission is working on the next locations and it's all on the casino license in Queens.

With a $4.5 billion taxpayer budget, NYC can construct 6,000-11,000 affordable housing units at a typical $400k-600k subsidized cost per unit, alleviating shortages in dense neighborhoods. In reality, a lot of NYC's housing problems can be traced back to the ambitions of local elected officials who have no idea how to manage or maintain housing, much less keeping it affordable. They think that Mr. Monopoly actually owns apartment buildings and people don't scam entitlements. This is where there is no audit which is the next power for NY like MTA. This is where power grab occurs between locations to choose from. That's how Long Island City and Jamaica gave away since the longtime residents didn't resist but ran away.
