Good commercial then now gone to migrants in NYC

Remember the Milford Plaza commercial on TV!

Well now it's a hotel housing migrants at $352 a night per room.

That comes to $1,100 total with food, sheets and other expenditures paid by taxpayers per day.

1 in 5 hotels are housing migrants in NYC and soon to expand.

After the Mayor announced the seeking 14,000 hotel rooms for $352 per room, more hotels are joining the bandwagon to house migrants who must live well with dignity, compassion and respect.

The Mayor announced in need of another $2.3 billion dollars to house migrants until 2025. Also, Randall's Island housing migrants is expected to close by the end of February 2025 after the Mayor stated the migrants coming from the open border down south is decreasing.

Meanwhile, Creedmoor in Bellerose will continue to expand with adult males in the area. The next step is the housing plan inside the campus pending community inputs.

With the City of Yes on track to approval, many homeowners will see new tenants in a single zone family in northeast Queens which will change the scenario of suburbs to city style.
