Gone for around five million for a lot in Bellerose

Big numbers, big demand in Queens.

The lot, 253-06 and 253-10 Hillside Avenue in Bellerose is getting ready with permits to be filed with the NYC building dept which is not disclosed to the public. Many neighbors say they are being told it will be a three zone unit to expand to meet the demand for commercial targeting Asian Indians in the area.

The two lots were sold for a cool $4.9 million last April to Babar Group as a development site from the Rueck Family.

The site's price per square feet is $831 and price per buildable at $163 that was built in 1962 has potential to build up to 30,000 square feet for multiple uses.
