Florida Governor very strict now wait for NY Governor

A tourist bus from NYC heading back from Niagara Falls to see the waterfall struck a median resulting in a rollover on I-90 between 49 and 48A Exits in Pembroke, 25 miles east of Buffalo.

Officials say of 52 total passengers, 24 were transported to local hospitals. There were four fatalities including a child as per latest statement from the hospital.

Most passengers were of Indian, Chinese and Filipino ethnicity.

According to Trooper James O’Callaghan, a spokesperson for the New York State Police, said, "The driver is alive and well. We’re working with him. We believe we have a good idea of what happened, why the bus lost control."

There are reports at the scene that the driver of the bus was in NYC on a visa which the Governor refused to disclose pending the outcome of all details. This came to light after a trucker in Florida made news of three people dead and later arrested in sanctuary state California.

The cause of the crash has not been determined yet due to ongoing investigation. As of now, “For unknown reasons, the vehicle lost control, went into the median, over corrected and ended up in the ditch,” New York State Trooper James O’Callaghan said at the scene.
